It was a great vacation staying at Wagrainerhof for our skiing trip. The staff is really nice, getting to the ski lifts is quick and easy by the bus or even on foot, and our room was modern and very quiet.
If I could give more stars, I would. Very kind, caring, human, attentive and helpful. They helped us with our medical emergency and were very thoughtful and friendly. I am very grateful with them, such a blessing in my trip. Best human quality. Thank you for your kindness.
One minus is parking, it is not at the hotel directly.

We had Jägerpfanderl and Spare ribs. Food was served extremely quick, looked great and was more than enough to fill us. Pricewise it is not cheap.
Great hotel, great food and great service, especially from our waiter Tommy, who made our stay especially personal and enjoyable.
Had a great time at this hotel. Would recommend it for everyone if they would change one thing and that's the reason I don't give it 5 stars is they charge 2 euro for one liter of tap water, though you buy beer and soda from them with your dinner. With this price of a hotel then it's cheap to charge for tap water. Hopefully this will change!
